Aqua Lawn applied hydro seed at my new construction on 5/17/2024. It was very windy with sideways rain coming down during the entire application. The application was not applied in an even manner and several areas looked like washboard. I submitted a note with my payment explaining there was an issue with the manner it was laid and received a call informing me that they would not be coming out to reapply unless there was another job scheduled nearby, but could send someone out to give me a small bag of dry seed. Got it done nicely.
AquaLawn is responsive, reliable and reasonable. When we have sprinkler issue, they send someone out in a timely manner to address the issue. We like the fact that there is someone there to answer the phone and e-mails and will respond. And they are diligent about filing their backflow test report to the city so we don't have any issues.
It was very easy to go online and pay the balance that I owed.
