I've been ordering from Aqua Lab Technologies for about 11 years now, and I've never had an issue. Their shipping has always been prompt, and the packages are extremely well packed, with each item individually bubble wrapped inside a box stuffed with packing peanuts. I've also always had positive experiences with their customer service. Most recently, I missed an email about an item I ordered being out of stock in the color I selected. Yo, these dudes at Aqua Lab Technologies are the real deal. I found their site lookin’ for some new glass and ended up gettin’ schooled on all the high-end gear they got. Super clean setup, fast shipping, and everything comes packed tighter than my bike bag before a road trip. You can tell they actually care about the culture — it’s not just some random headshop. The quality’s next level, customer service is dialed, and they always got the freshest drops before anyone else.
I recommend Aqua Lab Technologies whenever I can because they head and shoulders above the rest. I find Blazing Blue Glass to be superior gear (which they carry) and working with customer service at Aqua Lab Tech is always quick, simple and pleasant. They stand behind their products and their e-commerce experience is smooth and reliable.
I placed an order online with these guys I've never used them before and I won't use them again!!! I purchased two items online I received one item still waiting for my silicone pipe and I have been TRYING various ways to reach them with hardly a response and being ignored...which is the norm here..WITH SO MUCH COMPETITION out there, you would think they would LIKE to keep customers satisfied so to buy again.. just now New Used to highly recommend and have shopped there for over a decade, but their quality in glass has fallen and customer service is terrible. They also refuse to cancel orders even a second after they are placed and before they're shipped or packed. Sad to see a great place crash
