I placed an order online with these guys I've never used them before and I won't use them again!!! I purchased two items online I received one item still waiting for my silicone pipe and I have been TRYING various ways to reach them with hardly a response and being ignored...which is the norm here..WITH SO MUCH COMPETITION out there, you would think they would LIKE to keep customers satisfied so to buy again.. i'm so angry bc i ordered something 2 months ago and still never received it. reached out to them many times, no one answers. i want to speak to the owner. this is the worst business i have ever had to deal with. they also use this nofraud.com so u arent able to do a chargeback so they basically just steal peoples money and never ship what u ordered.
i have been trying to place an order for over a week now and reaching out through email, phone and other socials and i dont get a response. can i have the managers contact info? this is unreal and i have never been ignored like this from a business im just trying to buy something from.
I’ve bought 8 items through out the years and was always satisfied with the product, never arrived broken. This last order I placed the glass piece arrived broken and I contacted customer service through email like it states and no reply at all. I went over to Facebook and still no reply they read the messages and everything. To me that’s the shittiest customer service I’ve ever received from a company. Please make this right.
