Yo, Aqua Kings straight up nailed it. My pool was lookin' like a swamp after winter, and these legends rolled up, did their thing, and boom - crystal clear vibes all summer. This Jacob dudes know his stuff for real. Super chill, no weird sales talk, just solid work and good energy. Stay away!!! Wish I could give this zero stars. Never on time. Damaged our expensive pool liner. Never came back. Never cleared the pool up. The list goes on and on. Took him to the magistrate. He never showed up, lost the case and never paid. Trouble!
I’m leaving this review on behalf of a relative. First off, I’m convinced all the positive reviews are left by his friends and family because no way does Jake deserve 4.9 stars. He shows up hours late with no phone call, text, nothing. This happened several times during the time he was doing the repairs. There’s always an excuse. He has no regard for anyone’s time. Aqua King came out to my house last year to do an acid wash and repaint my concrete pool. They assured me that Concrete pools was part of their specialty.They lied! He said that they knew how to do concrete work, but they didn’t understand anything about the pool or how to safely empty it. I didn’t realize it until after they emptied it and had no idea what a hydrostatic valve was.They did not prime the pool before painting it. The entire pool has been ruined. Went with Aqua King because of the price and all the good reviews, try to give the benefit of the doubt and it's just a one off, but would not advise using this company. Work was paid for up front, and over a two-month span it was never completed (replacing a liner and some small replacements to open the pool this summer). Constant phone tag, no answers to texts or calls, besides the work not being completed tools and a shop vac were left behind. Ended up just closing the pool and we'll look elsewhere next summer
