Jacob redmond took a 2300 dollar deposit on June 4 2025. It's now November. Never did the work. Lie after lie. First lie was that he was busy. Second lie was that it was the wrong liner. Gave him plenty of time to make it right. Now I have to waste time by suing him. Don't waste your time with this thief. I learned that the hard way. Use someone else. No show at court. No attempts to pay me back. Don't use his services. Use D And L pools. Very professional quality work. Dan thank you.
I’m leaving this review on behalf of a relative. First off, I’m convinced all the positive reviews are left by his friends and family because no way does Jake deserve 4.9 stars. He shows up hours late with no phone call, text, nothing. This happened several times during the time he was doing the repairs. There’s always an excuse. He has no regard for anyone’s time. People don’t have hours and hours to sit around and wait for him to show up whenever he pleases. He left the pool a complete mess and never showed up to clean it ... read more
Amazing service! Highly recommend!
Great guy, showed up after 8pm & even ran back out to grab a new hose & some chemicals for the pool.
