Stay away!!! Took our money and ran!!! Wish I could give this zero stars. Never on time. Damaged our expensive pool liner. Never came back. Never cleared the pool up. The list goes on and on. Took him to the magistrate. He never showed up, lost the case and never paid. Trouble! Reporting him to the attorney general office. He’s still operating despite not paying lawsuits.

Jacob redmond took a 2300 dollar deposit on June 4 2025. It's now November. Never did the work. Lie after lie. First lie was that he was busy. Second lie was that it was the wrong liner. Gave him plenty of time to make it right. Now I have to waste time by suing him. Don't waste your time with this thief. I learned that the hard way. Use someone else.
Please do not use this company. He received an advance payment by check on 10/24/2025 to repair the pump, cashed it, and then stopped answering our calls. He never completed the job, and the pool owner is taking him to court.
