5 stars because Jacob at Aqua King was absolutely incredible! He was fast, professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. He wasn’t afraid to get right into the water, assess the situation, locate the leak, and patch it up; all within 20 minutes! I truly appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and respect for my time. It’s rare to have such a pleasant and efficient experience with a service professional. I will definitely be a returning customer, and would absolutely recommend him to others!
Jacob redmond took a 2300 dollar deposit on June 4 2025. It's now November. Never did the work. Lie after lie. First lie was that he was busy. Second lie was that it was the wrong liner. Gave him plenty of time to make it right. Now I have to waste time by suing him. Don't waste your time with this thief. I learned that the hard way. Use someone else. No show at court. No attempts to pay me back. Don't use his services. Use D And L pools. Very professional quality work. Dan thank you.
