We came across Aqua Hot Tubs well into our journey of finding a swim spa. We were on our way to making some mistakes in setup and purchasing that we would have regretted later on. Ultimately we tried one of Sunil's swim spa's and hot tubs and decided to buy one of each. Sunil was very knowledgeable and impartial, he has years of experience with these machines and it's shows. Super thrilled with my new Aquasolus Calma hot tub. Sunil has been great throughout the whole process, he walked me through every step of the way. I highly recommend Aqua Hot Tubs.
Fantastic service and advise. I can't praise this company highly enough. I was provided 1st class and impartial advice through the buying process including helpful guidance on the right tub for the family. The install process and delivery was really easy and we were able to start using the tub as soon as the water had heated. We've also been given some great post-sales help and support including making sure that the tub is clean and usable. Thanks to Sunil and the team.
Taken delivery today of our hot tube all went very well Steve and Andy very good at what they do Thanks guys . up to temperature by 8 pm first soak of many to come. I visited Mose-end to look at the options avalible Placed my order confirmed a delivery date for the 23 of July delivery was on time as promised . A Happy customer .
We bought a spa hot tub from Sunil this year and have to say that the service from Sunil is absolutely first class. He is so knowledgeable about hot tubs but most importantly he always answers your calls and questions immediately, even at weekends, He was most helpful and came over to explain everything to us following the delivery. We are really pleased with the hot tub and very confident that if we have any issues in the future we have a good support from Aqua Tubs and Sunil. Thank you very much.
