Excellent service from Sunil and his team at Aqua Hot Tubs. This is our first hot tub and Sunil guided us to the tubs that fitted our requirements and enabled us to chose the correct one. His fitting team were prompt, helpful and professional. Sunil also visited to make sure things were OK and went through the hot tub maintanance and controls. Would recommend highly.
Tip-Top. Excellent tub, knowledgeable advice given and defo no hard sell. Easy transaction and as promised Sunil came once it was installed to explain chemicals and fit lid, etc. Recomended.
I was lucky enough to come across Aqua Hot Tubs to purchase my Jacuzzi. The level of information from start to finish was very high. Every question I had was answered along the way. Once ordered and a delivery date set, we had some weather issues, which complicated logistics of fitting, but it was all done calmly and ordered, ensuring no stress. After a number of months looking for a Hot Tub I went to Aqua Hot Tubs, and from the start I knew I was in the right place, firstly sound advice with no 'sales' talk just facts which I can't say the same for other places I went to.
