We came across Aqua Hot Tubs well into our journey of finding a swim spa. We were on our way to making some mistakes in setup and purchasing that we would have regretted later on. Sunil has always provided excellent customer service. His knowledge and experience shines through. I am a returning customer for good reason (2nd tub purchased in 10 yes as they have lasted v well!!) I needed to downsize and found the perfect replacement through Sunil. Logistics sorted as well with even a quick home visit to ensure I had everything I needed and knew how everything operated. Wholeheartedly recommend him and his hot tubs.
I always prefer when poaching something of this value to actually go and see the unit rather than simply buying Online and there’s plenty to choose from. A chaps were very knowledgeable about each of the smiles made some sensible recommendations and definitely know Hard cell., A very comfortable and relaxing approach. We chose an Acquasolus Eden six seater, Paid the deposit And balance a day before installation, which was arranged very swiftly and the installation team were excellent. Great experience. Thank you
