We recently bought an Aquasolus tub from AquaTubs in Bracknell. Sunil was friendly, knowledgeable and let us get in the tubs in order to make the right decision…! He helped make sure the delivery was smooth and came over promptly the next day to make sure all was well and the chemicals levels were where they needed to be. A great experience start to finish. Sunil was very helpful (& patient) in selecting the right hot tub. And the installation went very smoothly despite a tricky crane lift. His recomended electrician, builder and crane supplier also did a good job.
Sunil has always provided excellent customer service. His knowledge and experience shines through. I am a returning customer for good reason (2nd tub purchased in 10 yes as they have lasted v well!!) I needed to downsize and found the perfect replacement through Sunil. Logistics sorted as well with even a quick home visit to ensure I had everything I needed and knew how everything operated. Wholeheartedly recommend him and his hot tubs.
