Aquaman Steve from Katsco rv walked me through about 2 hrs of troubleshooting over the phone got parts on the way to me and checked in the next day. We have had Steve do work for us in person alway with a great out come and very cost effective.
Thanks Aquaman Steve for making my Aquahot great again!!! I would not trust anyone else to service my RV! If anyone I the Central/North part of Florida needs their aquahot service in any capacity contact Aquahot to get in touch with Steve! He is worth every penny and more!!!
Steve came to me from the manufacturer as he was in top of the list for recommended preferred service techs. After having him work on my AquaHot system which kept failing me and with using other services, I finally feel confident that my problems have been resolved. Steve located multiple issues that were either created or overlooked by others and he fixed everything needed. Awful equipment. Not durable. Not waterproof even though the components are surrounded by liquid. If a component fails it takes out other components and you won’t know until you replace the original failure point is replaced. My reporter failed after the main module board failed. Got the main module working now and everything works manually controlled through the reporter but now I lost all my J9 output voltage. So I fixed one issue only to run into another. TERRIBLE. From the looks of it they’ve screwed over basically all the van builders in the Colorado area and then some. I had my van’s heater fail five times (always at inconvenient times of course) in a bit over a calendar year… turns out they switched to cheap knockoff overseas components (burner, electrical, motherboard). Even their service “network” is a joke… had to pay out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement that never came. Taylor Moats specifically SUCKS, completely unhelpful and ultimately ghosted us.
