I really wanted to like this system but it’s been more of a headache than useful. I’ve had one successful use in the last 6 months, when it was originally installed. At the moment my van is sitting in the shop where it was installed and the installers are trying to figure out why antifreeze is leaking from multiple locations. Your can’t replace years with knowledge - My unit was at Tiffin in Red Bay for over 2mos to fix a list of things … the AquaHot was one of them … they never fixed it correctly and did array of other things - I called Steve, I found his name on the AquaHot site … he came out and access the problem … we are up and running correctly … Tiffin even picked up the bill as negligence on their behalf. Thank you Steve!

This company is maidenly horrible! Zero customer service, they don't return calls, they don't return emails. Their service techs don't know how to work on their units and don't know which antifreeze to use.
