This company is maidenly horrible! Zero customer service, they don't return calls, they don't return emails. Their service techs don't know how to work on their units and don't know which antifreeze to use.

I really wanted to like this system but it’s been more of a headache than useful. I’ve had one successful use in the last 6 months, when it was originally installed. At the moment my van is sitting in the shop where it was installed and the installers are trying to figure out why antifreeze is leaking from multiple locations. I’ve had it serviced multiple times but no one can pinpoint the problem or get it working right. At its price point I’d expect better value. It’s completely unreliable and has ruined many trips. We are so happy to have finally found an AquaHot technician who knows what they are doing, Aquaman Steve from Kastco RV in Zephyrhills,Fl. Steve diagnosed, over the phone, an issue we were having with our 400 d. He sent us the part we needed and instructions on how to change out the part. He will also be doing our annual service from now on. We are full time and Steve has very generously agreed to help us in anyway he can with our aquahot heating system while we are out traveling around the country. Thank you again Steve!
