We have been a customer since Aug 2025. When we bought our hot tub they assured us how good their service has ans would be to us. This was the only reason. We purchased ours as we live further out than their company. Well after 6 weeks we got out tub. The guys were great. Our tub has given us issues since then. When we call no returned calls email they answer those but put it off phone lines are down. This has been annoying for the past month. Finally got a man to service it. Sales and delivery personnel were informative and helpful. They both went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the operation of the hot tube. Very pleased with our hot tub!
