These extensions are terrible. I have had extensions (hand tied) for 6 years. These shed and break worse than any I have ever used. They broke from 22 inches to 17 inches in less than three months. I take care of them and use all the proper care. One set I got the day they were installed they came out it handfuls- huge chunks. They sent a replacement set and they were crappy quality they broke off and shed horribly. I think they have changed the distributor they get them from because two years ago they would last 9-11 months... read more

I have been using these extensions for less than 6 months and they are constantly shedding. The wefts have little to no hair left on them. I have had glue in and clip in extensions over the years, so I’m not new to wearing extensions. I have now had my stylist remove the extensions and file a claim with Aqua. I use an extension brush, wash weekly and have been careful with the extensions. As of today, Aqua swears they have never gotten her claim, however she received a confirmation email from them!! I’ve had them for 10 days, washed once(with their shamp/cond), and they tangle soo easily and are already trying to mat. I seriously suspect these are NOT true Remy. Fresh out of the packaging there were a decent number of split ends (which is fine), BUT I’m finding splits facing the wrong direction! Like mid shaft pointing up. My boar hair brush makes them SUPER frizzy.
