April 4th 2016 i had to call because the tech never called or showed up.. he rescheduled for that afternoon. He cleaned my 6 bedroom home in 45 minutes. The carpet looks awful. The smell that remains is horrid. He had to be told to clean the carpet behind the doors. I asked for them to neutralize for pet odors due to a sick animal. They said they would... they didnt. The smell is worse than before. I am not happy with their service at all...Hopefully i can get them to come out and redo the job correctly... hopefully...

I am fairly happy with my experience at Aqua Gone. My shower leaked and I had no idea who to call. My insurance company suggested someone in IF, but he quoted me an astronomical price AND told me not to bother filing a claim with my insurance because it will not be covered. Panicked, I called Aqua Gone. Sean came out and took a look. Not only did he encourage me to go ahead with a claim, he also volunteered to come by again to offer support when the insurance man had his appointment! Not professional at all. Staff does not communicate well with each other or with the client. Was told someone would check on my house in a couple of days and no one did. I had to call numerous times to find out what was going on. Finally they sent someone out was then told that on Saturday someone would come out again to fix carpet and get the last of the fans. Aqua Gone is the Best Restoration Company hands down. We do all our homes and apartments through Aqua Gone. They give outstanding customer service, very reliable, and best priced. They make insurance claims easy to handle. Aqua Gone will not break the Bank$$$ like most restoration companies do. Shawn and Jeff are great to work with and are always there when you need them. Late night floods or sewer back ups they are there when you need them 24/7 Seven days a week. This is a company you can trust and rely on!

I've been entirely unimpressed by Aqua Gone and their professionalism. They have done flood repairs twice in my residence. Both times they left trash and/or material scraps behind. The first time they actually left baseboards with nails in them, in my living room. The second time the property flooded they sealed off the affected room and put several fans in there to dry the water. They knocked my wall frames down and broke them.
