For the most part, Ginger is a nice lady, however, she takes on far too many clients. She has a huge issue in keeping up with what has been agreed upon. I signed up for the monthly service and she "forgot". I had to reach out to her every time I wanted service, there was no regular maintenance. When I presented to her the texts in which I agreed to her monthly plan, she blamed having lost her phone and that I should've reminded her... laughable and unprofessional.
