We purchased a spa from Aqua Friends mid December. We had looked around a fair bit when considering purchasing and found a wonderful Vita spa for a competitive price here. They arranged for everything required for installation and it all came together smoothly and efficiently. My husband and I were not sure if we would enjoy a hot tub...WE LOVE THE HOT TUB! Even better than that - is that you can call Aqua Friends at ANY time to ask questions about the tub, they are so helpful and professional. HIGHLY recommend this store to purchase your tub.
Excellent customer service and family run business. They go the extra mile. We borrow their pump when we refresh the hot tub water and when it wasn’t available in the store recently the younger girl dropped it off for us and also picked it up the following morning. Well recommended as their after support makes all the difference to a customer.
