Leah has been such an incredible help when we had to empty out our tub, scrub it, and refill it. She went to extra lengths to ensure our process was seamless so we can have our tub back up and running again. I didn't get asked to write a review but was so impressed with our experience I had to. From the initial sale about a month ago to a few days in, so impressed. No pressure to purchase. They coordinated the electrician & crane operator. Removal of the old tub and installation of the new one went smoothly. Left a message with questions and got them answered plus more info within a couple of hours. Such a difference from our previous hot tub purchase so many years ago. Aqua Friends is hands down the best place to buy a tub! Its local and family owned! Dave is super helpful and knows everything about every model which really helped us decide on which tub is best for us! Sara was awesome to work with and also very knowledgeable. She was very helpful with coordinating delivery times and orientation and went the extra mile to ensure our tub was operating after delivery. I would 100% recommend Aqua Friends to anyone looking for a new tub!!
