What a truly refreshing experience it was purchasing our first hot tub from Sara and Leah! Prior to my visit to aqua friends, I made the mistake of visiting a different hot tub company nearby, and after dealing with a pushy, over the top sale pitch and pressure to buy a ridiculously priced tub on the spot, i was apprehensive to continue my search in person. My girlfriend and I were looking for a great deal on a hot tub so we decided to go used. We decided to go with aqua friends, and I'm glad we did. We are 100% satisfied with their service and everything they did to make us happy customers. And thank you for the two people I talk to Leah for being helpful over the phone. Leah has been such an incredible help when we had to empty out our tub, scrub it, and refill it. She went to extra lengths to ensure our process was seamless so we can have our tub back up and running again.
