Firstly, I call them and they responded right away on a Saturday night. He was sent the order by my Home Warranty company. We had a broken shower valve, the water wouldn’t completely shut off. We had to turn off water to the whole house. He came on Sunday morning!!!!! A broken valve stem stuck inside the wall, he was very resourceful and knew his craft. Peter from Aqua Fresh is a gifted plumber. I was assigned to them by First American Home Warranty after the first plumber screwed many things. Peter took care of installing a new faucet, taking care of a leak, and fixing a long standing issue with the shower head which many plumbers couldn't do earlier. I will surely call him for future work.

I’m in the Bay Area, and I had an issue with a clogged kitchen pipe. The drain wasn’t draining properly, so I called a plumber to take a look. The plumber came over, snaked the kitchen pipe a few times, but it didn’t help at all. He tried four times, but still no luck. Pete was professional, clean, and notably reliable - he showed up on time despite traveling from San Jose to San Francisco on a challenging game day when street parking near Oracle Park was nearly impossible to find.
