On 3/28/22, I purchased AquaEz, I followed all maintenance directions. Used it twice a week for approximately fifteen minutes each. Last week after charging for six hours, I submurge it, turned it on ran for thirty seconds and stop. Repeated this procedure twice more same results. Sent email to you same result nothing. Service seems to be equal to your product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
My experience with AquaEZ has been nothing short of the best experience I’ve ever had with a customer service department. They on more than one occasion bent over backwards to see to it that I was satisfied with my pool vacuum. I’ll never buy another brand of pool vacuum as long as Aqua EZ is in business.
