Last spring we had an indoor flood! My hardwood floors and the 2 bathrooms above it all needed to be fixed Juan helped me so much. He walked me thru the insurance process, knew the arcane rules governing insured properties, and helped me navigate a system seemingly created to bamboozle. We needed mold remediation done for a small area due to a leak involving our condo and our neighbors condo. Juan and his team were super helpful in communicating between all parties, everyone was extremely friendly, and they were respectful of keeping our home clean, even putting down floor protectors and wearing shoe covers inside.
