Wrong operation damaged our pool. We won the small claim but could not get money back as no property with this LLC. Yes the guy's name is Jason Adkins.
BEWARE: Worst pool company ever (and that says a lot given the competition.) Didn't do work promised and what work was done was done poorly. Not surprised, per other reviewer, that they've ignored small claims ruling. They ignore phone calls and texts. All they offer is untruths. Stay away from Jason Adkins (I'm including his name should he try to operate under a different company name.)
Could not have been a more awful experience! No shows, no returned phone calls, he took our deposit and never did the work. We won in small claims court and he still will not refund our money! So many promises and absolutely rude! Don't use him and tell your friends.
Warning, hire at your own risk. If you want your pool equipment, filter, pumps busted come spring opening then they are the company you want to hire. Half ass closed my pool didn't finished the job.
Last year the pool was painted and had a new liner by a dif company. This year this company opened my pool. Pool was full prior to visit and was informed all was fine. Noticed the pool did not retain water after their visit. They promised several canceled appointments to come back out but never did. Had to refill the pool every other day until I got annoyed and turned the filter off. Now have to pay to have someone else to come out and clean the pool and figure out why it is leaking.
