Opened our pool for the second year in a row. Last year great job, this year, they were supposed to put in chemicals to start it, did nothing, Ladder and railing put on loose, check those things yourself, now taking out our winter cover that they took off washed and stored, it's filthy. Full of leaves and pine droppings. They've definitely slipped. Will not use them again.
My wife and I have dealt with AquaDon for over 20 years and in that time, we have dealt with three amazing owners. Joel, the current owner, is exceptional not only in the quality of his work, but the time and personal attention he provides to his customers! This year, we hired AquaDon to replace our liner, redo our coping and replace our entire skimmer box. What impressed me was in dealing first of all with Elyse who assured me late last year that I would be in the first 5 customers to have the job completed in 2024. She hel... read more

They do not show up when they are supposed to very sloppy very rude will now go to Paradise Pools they show up
