Decent service when things are normal but awful communication every time something is wrong/new. Service guys who come out are inconsistent with the owner who only has excuses. Made to feel like I’m supposed to explain everything, and frankly would’ve GLADLY paid to have my actual problems fixed. Replaced pool “pump” which was prompted from filters not working. Left a mess. The worse repair company ever!! We have a warranty company that covers our pool and they gave the repair job to aqua. They came out to do the repairs for us, (had to order the motor) they did not follow up on the job with the warranty-that was left up to me to keep it moving. Then aqua came out to install. When I found that they had done a shady job from my current weekly cleaning pool man, I had to call aqua back to put in a switch correctly and put in the conduit that they had charged us for.
