I purchased two chairs in July and still have not received them. That’s ok, I have been patient and understanding. But what I cannot understand is that I have had to call them several times to ask when they will be here. They were supposed to arrive in November. I called them in November and they told me March. My favorite place to shop in Pensacola. Not only reasonably priced furniture but great clothes and accessories.
I have purchase chairs, a sofa, end tables and multiple lamps there. Several of the piece are poor quality and do not hold up. Also I find their staff not friendly. They do not acknowledge people when you walk in the door. Then later will say something when you are spending money there to make up for it like "oh your daughter is growing so much". The look is great but I find my money is better spent at DUH.

First time going into this store and I wanted to move in!! Everyone was kind, offered me coffee, and allowed me to walk through the warehouse. I will be telling everyone about how great my experience was in this store! I'll be back soon for the beautiful virgins saints and Angels jewelry! ;)
Great furniture and decor. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming.
Beautiful store but subpar customer service without any accountability for any defects in their products.
