AQUA Custom Homes did not build a house for us, but next to us, and then listed it for sale. I'm not sure if I should be doing this review since they didn't build for us, but as a temporary neighbor they were not so good. Any problems we encountered because of their build would not have been addressed Unless we constantly emailed or bothered them about it. Rod built a home on Marco Island for us and the result was professional, stunning to look at, and the envy of all our friends who visited. There is definitely a "wow" factor in the finished product.
