I needed an assessment of whether my house had mold and needed a restoration. Jesus Galvan (project manager) from Aqua Concierge came, assessed and recommended no further work. I appreciated his honesty and detailed reasons why the mold I was seeing was not an issue. He answered all my questions and took great care of me. If I need a restoration project, I will for sure reach out to them again.
The team stood out for their professionalism and integrity. Communication was clear, expectations were handled properly, and everything felt straightforward. It’s rare to find a company that operates this way.
