This place have mostly everything that you need. I was impressed by the amount of selection and service. I believe the guy who served us Matt, was an excellent .
I have used Aqua Concepts to supply Bathroom products for houses for nearly 10 years I find Aqua Concepts knowledge, efficiency and willingness to help a great asset and there after sales services a credit to them.
There was a delay with postage and it did not get sent out when it was supposed to. Si could not have been more unhelpful, indifferent or lazy. He was extremely rude and sarcastic not wanting to follow up anything with the courier. Unfortunately a very bad experience and even worse customer service.
