We contaced Jimmy in late 2011 to replace our pool liner. He ordered the liner and started the job in May of 2012. The job still has not been completed. He has been paid in full. We are missing rope eyes, liner bead lock and also our skimmer cover that they threw out when taking out the old liner. He does not respond to texts or emails until he is good and ready.
