This isn't a review for a plumbing service, but rather a thank you to the amazing people at Aqua Civil. My tyre went flat, and I was lucky enough to run into Joel and his boss at the 7-Eleven. They didn't hesitate for a second to help me and put my spare tyre on for me. It truly made my week to meet such kind, generous, and helpful people. In a world where everyone seems so busy, their willingness to stop and help a stranger meant a lot. Thank you so much, Joel and the team at Aqua Civil. Your kindness won't be forgotten.
Our first time using Aqua Civil and they were great to work with. Sam and Katrina guided us throughout the process of a very difficult sewer encasement, which had onsite challenges. Sam and his team onsite were brilliant and nothing was a problem. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone that wants a company with great communication and efficiency.
Sam from Aqua civil is the second person I would really like to highly rate. We lost our sewer line during construction, we had excavated 4 times everywhere possible and had radar scanning done to seek the sewer line connected from the junction to my boundary, however I was disappointed every time. From 06/02/26-19/03/26 was an absolutely awful time for our family. Cristian did an awesome job sorting out all our plumbing issues in the laundry, tidied up beautifully and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call him back to tackle any plumbing jobs when we renovate the bathrooms !
