Thank you so much for the report. Its rare to find a plumber (Sam) that is courteous punctual and does the job ontime. Its been a pleasure working with you both.

Sam is amazing. So easy to deal with, so much expertise, so good at what he does. We had a tricky plumbing situation and I'm super grateful we found Sam to help us work through it. Highly recommend Sam and Aqua Civil

This isn't a review for a plumbing service, but rather a thank you to the amazing people at Aqua Civil. My tyre went flat, and I was lucky enough to run into Joel and his boss at the 7-Eleven. They didn't hesitate for a second to help me and put my spare tyre on for me. It truly made my week to meet such kind, generous, and helpful people. In a world where everyone seems so busy, their willingness to stop and help a stranger meant a lot. Thank you so much, Joel and the team at Aqua Civil. Your kindness won't be forgotten.

Our first time using Aqua Civil and they were great to work with. Sam and Katrina guided us throughout the process of a very difficult sewer encasement, which had onsite challenges. Sam and his team onsite were brilliant and nothing was a problem. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone that wants a company with great communication and efficiency.

From 06/02/26-19/03/26 was an absolutely awful time for our family. At the time we almost decided to apply road opening permit and connect a new sewer line , Sam told me not to do so because it would be too complicated and costly,... read more
