Beware! Extremely rude staff. I called to request equipment pick up and requested the name of the person who answered so there was a record of communication. Ian was that person and he had an attitude like my call was bothersome. The other gentleman, Mike, has no people skills , also very rude. They must be related. Our equipment has not been serviced in over a year and we’re fed up with the way our business is treated. I’m sure there are other water companies that offer better service.

They know how to treat their men right. Excellent excellent private service. This place has changed my life water bottles have many microplastics my health and my kids health has improved from switching to their amazing filtration system. Aqua chill is an amazing company definitely recommend. Aqua chill is great company this location had great customer service and very friendly.

If only you could give no stars. This place is terrible when it comes to customer service. On two separate occasions the employee I've interacted with over the phone was extremally rude. Ian is his name. I asked about receiving service for coolers, potential having the filters getting checked due to complaints around the building. Ian starts to dispute my claims of us needing services. He proclaimed the machines are perfect and there are no problems with them and he didn't even set foot on our property too access the coolers... read more

Aqua Chill has always done a great job of keeping our unit in good clean working order. Requested repairs (very rare) get taken care of within a day or two. Every so often someone stops by to replace the filter and do basic maintenance and cleaning. For our office with 15-20 people, their water fountain works great.
