If only you could give no stars. This place is terrible when it comes to customer service. On two separate occasions the employee I've interacted with over the phone was extremally rude. Ian is his name. I asked about receiving service for coolers, potential having the filters getting checked due to complaints around the building. Ian starts to dispute my claims of us needing services. He proclaimed the machines are perfect and there are no problems with them and he didn't even set foot on our property too access the coolers... read more
Happy with service for our office!
Aqua Chill has always done a great job of keeping our unit in good clean working order. Requested repairs (very rare) get taken care of within a day or two. Every so often someone stops by to replace the filter and do basic maintenance and cleaning. For our office with 15-20 people, their water fountain works great.
I wish I could give no stars. This place truly sucks as far as customer service I asked about the filters getting checked and nothing happend its been 2 weeks and they just charged my account. Nobody comes and does anything. My machine stopped working for a few days nobody came I had to toutube it to get it to work.
Great service from friendly people.
