I have enjoyed Aqua Chill water at offices I have worked at over the years and it always tastes amazing. I inquired earlier this year about getting it installed in my house and to my surprise, it was less expensive then what we have been paying, filling up 5 gallon bottles every couple of days. They even service it every 6 months for no additional charge. The service team/techs are friendly and seem to be very thorough. Aqua Chill has provided top-notch customer service, scheduled maintenance, and fresh drinking water for our team for many years. We recently had some unrelated plumbing updates and they were super responsive to ensuring that our equipment continued to run per their high standards. Devin and John were efficient, respectful of our business and team, and were able to solve our problem expeditiously. We highly recommend Aqua Chill.
The water dispenser at my work wasn’t working properly. Aqua chill sent out one of their techs (John) and he got right to work. He fixed our water dispenser quickly and he explained everything he did. Super cool tech, and responsible company. Thanks ya’ll. 👍🏽
