Ryan was great, super helpful in identifying our hot tub’s electric issue, and explaining everything to us so we understood the next steps to take.
Ryan was an excellent technician, he went above and beyond to answer all our questions! 100% recommended.
Andre was very helpful and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. My home warranty company ultimately denied the claim for my spa, but that’s a reflection of the home warranty company and not Aqua Brite. It seems that home warranty companies are in the business of denying claims instead of covering them. Andre tried his best and I very much appreciate his communication and his efforts.
I was initially hesitant when my home warranty assigned Aqua Brite Pools due to some mixed reviews I’d seen online, but my concerns quickly disappeared once Johnny arrived for the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with my pool pump and clearly explained the next steps in the process. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE OTHER ONE-STAR REVIEWS. I am rescinding my previous 5-star review. Ian, the pool technician, was excellent. But he is no longer working there and it shows! No one will answer your phone calls at Aqua Brite. You can leave messages, but they will not respond. After multiple calls to reschedule my service date I finally got a txt message, on the day that I was trying to reschedule (I was going to be out of town).
