Jonathan was GREAT! Showed up when promised. Took the time to listen to my non-technical explanation of the issue, installed the new pump and left the area in as good of condition as he found it (maybe better). Sorry it was a rainy day for him but it didn’t stop the good quality of work he performed.. I would certainly recommend Aqua BRITE to others.
Ethan our service tech was awesome. Came to our home, serviced our pool heater and explained what was wrong with it. He was friendly and knowledgeable about my problem!!! I would recommend him and his company for problems with your pool/equipment.
If thiz would let me i would put negative stars for thiz review worst pool service company realy bad experience with them never answer calls never communicate with me at all or insurance company going threw just the worst pool company it took me over a month for me to get a response for my pool to get fix until finally they got removed cause they will never answer got other pool company instead to do service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !! Worst experience!!!
I typically don't write reviews, particularly negative ones because it could have just been a bad day, but my experience with Aqua Brite was awful. Much the same story as others, they were assigned to us through the home warranty company to check out our pool pump. Aqua Brite never responded to the service request or my multiple direct calls for follow-up. Please believe all the bad reviews. Run, don’t walk away from Aqua Brite. First American used them for our spa filter. Aqua Brite is the worst company that we have ever dealt with. I could write a page of what we experienced and went through. Do not have this company out to your home!!! If you decide to let First American use Aqua Brite to service your spa or pool, you will experience a nightmare!!!
