I recently took a water exercise class with Gia and had an amazing experience! She was absolutely fantastic—patient, encouraging, and incredibly clear. She always took the time to slow down and give exact instructions, which made the class easy to follow for everyone, no matter their fitness level or experience. I loved how welcoming the environment felt, and I left the class feeling energized and confident. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and supportive way to stay active!

Classes are fun and a good workout. Upbeat and you choose your level of workout, low key or difficult. I highly recommend.
