Went in to purchase liquid chlorine and was advised they do an exchange, I dropped off the empty jug (new that I verified didn't leak) and picked up a full one. I asked the person at the counter and was assured they check them for leaks and the swapped jug was good. It was not, it leaked in the bed of my truck and stained / damaged my bedliner. I had the sand changed in our filter. The two men who did this were professional, polite and so efficient. I was so happy that I arranged to have them do this for me, as it would have been a "big" ordeal if we had undertaken this ourselves. Thanks so much!
We just had a very bad experience with this company’s recommendation for a service man. They recommended Joe Julian of Jemstone pools and decks to deal with a rusted wall by our return valve in our above ground pool. Joe removed the liner and said that he could repair the wall instead of replacing it, we trusted him after all he’s the expert. He did the repair installed a new liner , charged us $1350. I had an inquiry about a pool heater and Aqua-Blue were more than happy to spend some time offering us some ideas even though they weren't able to sell us what we needed. I recently went back again for some upgraded pool sand for our filter and they were, again, very helpful. They have a great selection of products, and when we are ready for that hot tub or inground pool, this is where we will be going. Thanks!
