From the beginning to the completion of our pool project, Aqua Blue Pools was 5 star! We started with Jordan Mayo our designer. He was very responsive and worked very collaboratively with us, creating and designing our vision for our pool. We had a pretty tight space with some limitations. Jordan designed a very creative pool design that worked really well within the space and kept to our vision of wanting it to look natural and blend in to create a backyard oasis off our patio. Having never owned a pool, we are on a huge learning curve. Ira guided us through the design process, listened to our thoughts/ideas and patiently answered our questions. We are very happy with the design of our new pool. We just met with Cody H for our pool orientation. Cody was pleasant and attentive to everything we asked and needed to learn. I have no doubt that Cody will continue to give us excellent customer service as we enjoy our new pool.
We LOVE our pool! Construction was a breeze. And now our weekly maintenance is fantastic- LaSalle is extremely reliable and keeps it crystal clear! Recently, we needed some help with our chiller, and Samantha got us on the schedule right away. She listened to our problem and was super pleasant and attentive.
