My boyfriend and I have stayed here lots of times. I have no idea why people have given it bad reviews. You get your own car spot, heaps of room, the shower is great, brand new ! there's everything you need including a clean fridge, kitchen stuff , dining table, microwave, air con , fan , TV and free WiFi. You even get an extra bed in most rooms. Perfect for a family or a couple. It's walking distance to the best cafes and bars and there's a bus service right out the front too. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. When I arrived in my room last night, I was surprised and frustrated to find that there was no power—no lights, no smoke alarms, no fan, and no air conditioning. The room was cold and uncomfortable, and I received no prior notice or communication about the power outage.
