Six years go we wanted to have a pool put in during our new home construction and chose Aqua Blue Designs . Our reason for choosing Aqua Blue was an easy decision after our meeting with Norm. I'm the type of person who is a sceptic of contractors, but was immediately impressed and put at ease with how professional, courteous and knowledgeable Norm was. We had Norm recondition and reinstall a fiberglass 1 unit pool and it popped up out of the ground, splitting the stairs apart and pulling up concrete around the decking. We called him in Dec 2015 and he said he would come look at it when the ground thawed. I called him on 05/08/2016 asking when he can come out and he told me he was too busy, too find someone else to repair and to never call him again. Then he hung up on me. Buyer beware!!!!
