We had Norm recondition and reinstall a fiberglass 1 unit pool and it popped up out of the ground, splitting the stairs apart and pulling up concrete around the decking. We called him in Dec 2015 and he said he would come look at it when the ground thawed. I called him on 05/08/2016 asking when he can come out and he told me he was too busy, too find someone else to repair and to never call him again. Then he hung up on me. Buyer beware!!!!
