Dave and team provided an excellent service from start to finish in replacing our ensuite. Polite, friendly, punctual and very professional. So impressed we're intending to have our main bathroom updated by Newport Bathroom Centre.
The bathroom was fitted after we were promised it would be straight forward. On the day there was debate about the floor level even tho it was surveyed by Dave previously. The fitting etc was completed.. A few months later we contacted Dave as there was water coming from the shower into our kitchen which only appeared to happen when the hand held shower was on. Dave came on 21st May, he turned up with no equipment at all just a towel to stand on in the shower!!. He said he would need to come back and possible reseal the show... read more
Dave and the team have done an amazing job of the inside and outside of our house. Dave's attention to detail and ability to flex were fantastic. We are absolutely delighted with our lovely home.
David at Newport Bathroom Centre designed an excellent complete refit for our small bathroom to include bath removal, installing shower cubicle. He has tremendous knowledge of product availability, specifications and manufacturing installation requirements. Installation was completed by Gareth( plumber) and Gareth(carpenter) both being skilled, friendly respectful and professional members of the team . Mr Mrs C Taylor
From initially going in to the store and having the tub installed. The service was excellent Dave’s advice was spot on regarding the tub, planing and arranging delivery getting the tub in was faultless you would never have known they had to take my fence down. No mess no fuss professional through out. Nothing was to much trouble, and the after sales care has been first class.
