David at Newport Bathroom Centre designed an excellent complete refit for our small bathroom to include bath removal, installing shower cubicle. He has tremendous knowledge of product availability, specifications and manufacturing installation requirements. Installation was completed by Gareth( plumber) and Gareth(carpenter) both being skilled, friendly respectful and professional members of the team . Mr Mrs C Taylor

From initially going in to the store and having the tub installed. The service was excellent Dave’s advice was spot on regarding the tub, planing and arranging delivery getting the tub in was faultless you would never have known they had to take my fence down. No mess no fuss professional through out. Nothing was to much trouble, and the after sales care has been first class.

Excellent experience on fitting new bathroom. The design and administration were excellent. All the tradesmen used were excellent and real craftsmen. They tidied up as they went along in luring removal of rubbish. Any delays were clearly communicated as soon as possible and at no stage were we left wondering what was happening. The end result was superb and exactly what we wanted. Overall an excellent experience with an excellent company.
