Very bad customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.
One Star - Extremely Unprofessional and Unorganized If I could give zero stars, I would. Trust the one-star reviews and save yourself the nightmare. There are better, honest companies out there that deserve your time and money. Their reputation for incompetence doesn’t even scratch the surface of how poorly they operate. We placed an order in November with a clear verbal promise that everything would be delivered by February.
