Trust the one-star reviews and save yourself the nightmare. There are better, honest companies out there that deserve your time and money. Their reputation for incompetence doesn’t even scratch the surface of how poorly they operate. We placed an order in November with a clear verbal promise that everything would be delivered by February. Follow your gut and listen to the one star reviews. I’ve purchased (and tried to purchase) a few things from this store and ended up with nothing but frustrations. The most recent experience: Great price on tubs, perfect for my needs with a “should be here in 4-5 days” guarantee. No follow up at all, so I stop by again 7 days later; Response is “we have no way of knowing when the shipments come in, so you can have your money back if you want.
