SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! I’ve been in this building since 2019, at first was really happy with the place and management. Then when management was changed to another company (maybe during Covid or after), everything went soooo bad. Frequent stolen packages/bikes where building staff won’t release the cctv footage (I am a victim of this 2x), security guards were here 24/7 the first few years but management got rid of them for their own salary increase probably. I was here for more than a year now and the building and it's amenities are great. The management team is always helpful, hardworking and available. The views are impeccable. I definetly recommend !
Good place to live. The building's nice and new with all the perks — gym with a steam room, games room, yoga studio, theatre room, a big study room... Super close to busses, Skytrain and stores, and Quayside's just a couple minutes away. The staff are chill and helpful. Yeah, stuff happens sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in a big building.
Love this place. Stunning view all day and all night. Trains can get loud but it's a reminder of the non-stop world where people are constantly moving about. Maintenance manager has been diligent in responding to my requests and I see the cleaners all the time, ensuring all areas of the building are in clean condition at all times. Even the parking floors were professionally cleaned! Staff at AQUA were always very kind to me during my 3+ years here. Can't beat the location and the views.
