We are very happy here. The staff work hard to keep the building clean and they respond quickly to service requests. Our unit, a three bedroom, fits the four of us well.
If you think the river view is the only reason to live here, you're mistaken. The noise, malfunctioning elevator, and constant alarm beeping are major drawbacks. Parking is a hassle expect to spend 5 minutes spinning driving up and 5 minutes driving down, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially during emergencies. On top of that the building management is unprofessional and unqualified, unable to handle even basic operations and request. Don't live here unless you have no other options. Extremely greedy and inhumane, once they have you locked in with a lease they don't care about you. Karma is beautiful isn't it :)
