Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially because of the constant noise. Complaints are made frequently by multiple residents, yet management does absolutely nothing. It feels like tenant well-being is not even on their radar. Good luck trying to get a decent night's sleep with loud neighbors, dragging furniture at all hours, and zero enforcement from the building staff. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! I’ve been in this building since 2019, at first was really happy with the place and management. Then when management was changed to another company (maybe during Covid or after), everything went soooo bad. Frequent stolen packages/bikes where building staff won’t release the cctv footage (I am a victim of this 2x), security guards were here 24/7 the first few years but management got rid of them for their own salary increase probably. Please leave a review - Bright units with many amenities with nice location. Subway station is literally within the building which makes transit convenient
