Just moved in here and this is my first time renting an apartment! Me and bf worked with Hannah and she was absolutely amazing and took such good care of us!
Very good experience to get our first apartment! Hannah was so much help and very sweet !! Extremely attentive! If she hasn’t gotten a raise SHE NEEDS ONE !!
I am a man who has cancer so some months it's hard for me to have all my rent on time but the office (specifically Javier) has always been so kind and understanding, they work with me and I have never had a complaint in my whole near year I have lived here. Anytime I have had a small issue the office is quick to get it fixed. In short I love this place
Edit to add: If you're looking for a nicer and newer apartment complex for the same price and better service/amenities, check out The Lantana. Edit to respond: Your reading comprehension, babe? Where is it? Clearly the issue is customer service, not the system. SCAM I called the office to get some guidance regarding applying because my case is very particular.
