I may be in the minority, but I personally find those brand new cookie cutter apartments gross and boring and soulless. You can't deny Aqua16 is obviously a bit older, probably 60s or so, but it's got some character. The apartments are sturdy, and the layouts are slightly varied throughout the property, with lots of trees and green grass. It is obvious that the apartments have gotten the "landlord special" several times. WORST apartment to ever live in! I first moved in my kids room fan in their room was hanging from 1 Wire! Told the front office and was told that it would get fixed.. never happened. Living in a 2story is the worst experience in the summer it’s hot the vents don’t even blow air just downstairs area is cool. Since the new management team took over, these apartments have truly taken a turn for the better. While the current buildings aren’t in perfect condition yet, it’s clear they’re making lots of improvements and working hard to renovate. The new apartments they’re renovating look pretty good, which is a step in the right direction. The management team is relatively understanding and empathetic.. something I find rare in apartment management. They’ve been on top of addressing issues we’ve voiced, which has made a big difference... read more
