Wonderful pedicure with Alex 💕
Amazing service and hospitality. Alex is my go to nail tech and she does exceptional work with precision and patience. The atmosphere of the shop is calm and relaxed which to me is a must after a hectic work week!
I’ve had bad experiences here multiple times. As a Latina, I can tell the treatment is not the same for everyone. They are rude to me and rush my pedicures, skipping steps like scrubbing and massage, but take their time with white clients. This time, they even put the water so hot it burned my feet, and when I mentioned it, she ignored me. If you’re not a white female, I don’t recommend this place they will treat you poorly.
Went in there and asked for a gel pedicure and regular pedicure, then they tried to upsell me and my mom for a $45 pedicure with hot stones and I told them NO then when my mom went to dry her feet and I was still in the chair they finessed my mom to do her nails behind my back cuz they knew I would’ve said no to that as well … then they charged even more after then when it came time to do my mom nails all of a sudden it’s payment time which they made it seem like me and my mom were going to run off on the bill then after I a... read more
I have patroned AQ Nails in Dedham, MA several times and have been happy with my services. Both my nail shape and the color were good. The nail tech was kind and checked in with me several times during the service. AQ is very clean and definitely a quiet and relaxing place to have some "me time". Thank you AQ Nails, I enjoyed my service and will be back again.
