Holds your records hostage and then when you calmly ask why you havent gotten a copy of your requested imaging in over 1 month (holding your recovery + 2nd opinion up), the rude woman will threaten to call the cops on you.
My experience at this MRI facility was outstanding. From the front desk Osmayra Pichardo to the radiologist, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was a bit nervous going in, but they took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The appointment ran on time, and the facility was spotless. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend them.
