My Bestfriend had a very uncomfortable experience at this beauty supply store. As a woman of color, she brought her child in with her—she wasn’t being loud, disruptive, or causing any issues. Like any curious kid, she lightly touched a few items, but her father came in shortly after and made sure everything was in place. Despite that, the owner and cashier were visibly rude and dismissive toward her. Warning!!. I came in on 7/11/25 to purchase things from this hair store for 41.37. It says pending, but the amount was still taken from my account . I thought nomore more about it until today, 7/16/25. I was charged that amount again, which put my account in the negative. Went to the store to see why another 41.37 was taken from my account. They only see one transaction. The one that's pending is still pending. Wasn't offered an apology or refund.. Was told because its pending there's nothing they can do. Loads of options. All the colors and textures needed for any kind of hair. Lots of colors and styling options too. Some clothing options and accessories too!
