Great location. Spacious motel style rooms with large bathroom washing machine dryer and small kitchen and out door area. Air-conditioner was very dirty so did not use it . Swimming pool nice but no deep end .

I had an absolutely appalling experience at APX World Square — one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever encountered. We checked in over a long weekend, exhausted and just wanting a clean place to rest. What we walked into was nothing short of disgusting. The bathroom towels were stained, and when we pulled back the bed sheets, the mattress was riddled with hair — including pubic hair. This place has a wonderful location, but staff are bar none the worst I have encounteed It doesn’t matter that the location is excellent, or that the place is semi comfortable. The front desk and management/corporate complaint dept staff are nothing less than gaslighting manipulators. I am not exaggerating in the least. They will allow guests to keep you up all night, do nothing to rectify the situation, then tell you after you have lost a whole night’s sleep that they are master problem solvers. 추천하지 않습니다 숙소 자체만 보자면 가성비 있습니다 위치는 오페라하우스와 도보거리는 아니나 트램 정류장(차이나티운)이 1-2분 거리이고 길건너편에 coles 있어서 먹거리 장보기 편합니다 좀 아쉬운 건 엘베 내리면 복도에 퀴퀴한 냄새가 살짝 나고 객실 안에 들어서면 창밖 시설에서 올라오는 음식(고기 굽는 냄새)+환풍설비 섞인 냄새가 차 있습니다 (5박 내내 그랬음) 그럼에도 오페라하우스 주변 호텔 가격과 대비해서 이정도 위치와 시설은 크게 불만이진 않습니다 다만, 디른 여행객에게 추천하지 못하는 가장 큰 이유는 체크아웃 하면서 호텔 데스크에 직접 연결된 택시 call 버튼으로 부른 택시 기사의 사기행위(3배에 가까운 요금 챙겨감)에 대해 호텔에서 그 어떤 조치를 하지 않고 호텔과 관련 없다는 입장만 취했기 때문입니다 택시 차번호, 콜한 시간, 하차 시간, 결제카드 영수증 등 모든 확실한 정보를 호텔에 다 전달했고 외국인인 저보다 호텔에서 경찰에 신고해 주거나 택시기사를 찾아서 환불 받아 주기를 요청 했으나 호텔에선 아무것도 해 줄 수... read more
