I work for a non-profit organization as a Job Coach. I take Intellectual Disability clients out to different businesses, and we clean for them. Most of the employees are very friendly, but there are some that are not. You have that with every place. I'm just speaking about the cleaning we do, not the company itself, but when we clean it, it is a pig pen. In fact, pigs are cleaner than that. The men's bathroom is ridiculous. Well I met Walter the shop foreman and had a great conversation about the job and we appreciate his expertise and what he expects of his workers and I am glad I got a chance to have an interview with him on a 101 situation and I believe I've convinced him that I have some experience in doing the job with the ability of working at Manitowoc as a Deburr I am convinced that I have the job now I'm waiting on Ashley to contact me this was a great experience
