Most disgusting hotel I’ve every been to dirty rooms unhelpful service and front desk does not care I had the worst experience in my life there income beds smelly rooms unsanitary found old clothes and food in room front reception are no help at all they hang up on you or put you on hold no means of helping with inquiries
I cancelled my booking within 1 hour, no refund was provided. Not fair.
There is a very loud beep-beep noise coming from this building all day and all night, affecting nearby apartments. People around here cannot sleep. The council has already warned this place a few times, but nothing has changed. Last night, the council advised me to call the reception, so I did. I thought the problem would improve — but today it is still exactly the same. When I called again, the same receptionist told me, “This is not the Dixon Street branch. Great location. That’s all this hotel has going for it. The room has a funky smell. I lost count of the amount of roaches I killed. More water leaked out of the shower than actually stayed in the shower. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Great location, Nice spacious room , lounge table a balcony .Comfy bed . Great price definitely will stay again . Its not a 5 star hotel only reason didnt give it 5 stars but certainly Great place . Highly recommend.
