I dealt with Andrea and I could not have been more pleased with her services. She quickly responded to my inquiries and gave me her opinion which I truly valued . I was going to go for a DIY job but decided against it after reading reviews on another site . It’s not as simple as you may think. I opted for the in home service rather than bringing my door to them and then having to go back to pick it up . ( more expensive but it was soooo worth it for me ) . I sent this company an on line enquiry and they never responded.
Horrible experienc, got a quote asked if this would void the warranty of my windows, was told no. They said they have insurance if anything happens. Window cracked not even 12 hours after install they came inspected. Blamed the window company, said the glass was chipped, said they would be back after the window company came. So this cost me over $500 with them and a new window became I had a film on it. Check with your window company if nee build. You will not be covered and APWindows will avoid you. GOOD LUCK
