Purchased an upgraded replacement pump for my pressure washer and when the pump arrived it appeared that the oil had leaked out in the box. Leak point has yet to be determined. I contacted APW to address this issue as well as to see if there was a manual for the pump as I had other questions as well. Although there was no manual available, Rachel at APW was able to readily answer all of my questions concerning the pump as well as ship me out another bottle of oil for the pump. Pressure washer was leaking and I had help from APW to get the correct washer seals for the pump. No more leaks after today. Shipping was super fast as well. I’ll be using APW for now on. Thank you
