Second to none would 100% recommended they got what you need
Man, I ordered some replacement valves for my pump on like a Friday afternoon, checked my tracking info Tuesday (today) and it’s showing in transit to be delivered today. I only chose the free or standard shipping but somehow it shipped and delivered in 2 days 🤣🤷🏼♂️. I’m very pleased because I anticipated putting jobs back a week because I thought it would take the usual 3-5 business days so definitely great on their shipping time. Definitely have this site bookmarked for future parts.
I called up asking about a replacement wheel for a pressure washer and though I was on hold for a long time on my first call, I tried an hour later and they picked up immediately. The sales person was very informative, patient and kind and went looking for the part I needed with a promise to call me back. THIS COMPANY DOES FALSE PRICE ADVERTISING!!! Call for pricing before you purchase anything and have them verify with a quote!! I bought a pressure washer online with my card, got a receipt and confirmation email, then I get a call the next day saying they have to increase the price from what I already paid, and that the price listed on their ACTIVE website was incorrect.
