Dr. Scarascia is an amazing doctor as well as a magnificent person! She is extremely intelligent, professional, polite and an excellent listener. I could not be more pleased with this exceptional physician.
Does not return calls or respond to messages regarding important questions about blood work and medication doses. Distant and disinterested doctor who provides a substandard quality of care to her patients. I will never step foot in carle place family medicine again.
My wife had an appointment today at this office. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude, they didn't want to work and pressure you to sign papers even though my wife requested politely if you can check it on your system they declined and gave her an attitude. The manager was also unprofessional i hope the upper management look into this matter and take action.
