Called the Dr's office @ 10am this morning because I have pink eye in both eyes and I left a message with a receptionist that was very detailed. I called again around 1130 and they said she said that she hadn't read the message. Then they called me back @ 1:20 to tell me there's nothing they can do because apparently Dr Shah and his nurse practioner are on vacation. Odd they couldn't tell me that when I called the 1st time right? And no back up? So Im on my own having to get to urgent care with both eyes swollen. Unbelievabl... read more
Dr Shah is a very personable and thorough doctor. Is open to discussions about your individual health care and does not treat you like he just opened your case file on the way into the room. Highly recommend him as your physician!
Dr Shah and his staff have been incredibly helpful in coordinating with my specialists, especially since a recent cancer dx. Great bedside manner, I was comfortable with him from the first visit. He listens to my concerns and opinions regarding treatment options. He offers the facts and lets me decide how to proceed without pressure. Would recommend to anyone looking for a primary.
I had a great experience with Dr. Shah. He was very professional, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. His bedside manner is outstanding; you immediately feel as if you’ve known him for years. I highly recommend him.
