⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. During my visits, I did not feel heard or taken seriously when explaining my symptoms and concerns. There was a clear lack of attention to detail, and important follow-through—such as placing the correct orders and sending appropriate referrals—was either delayed or not handled properly. Great Dr. but since being with the Cleveland Clinic they overcharge and stated to me this is because they are a research clinic so they are a lot higher. If you have prescriptions that need filled...plan on this not being done in a timely manner. I call at least twice a month before this is done!! Very disappointing. I know others who go here and also have the same issue with their scrips being filled. Very disappointing 😞
Very disappointed. I relocated to the area a couple years ago and have been with Dr Apurva Padubidri's office since then. My time is so limited, but I have attempted several times to get help and improve my health through her office. Charting has been consistently done wrong causing me to be denied from medications I was hopeful might help me.
