Owner very rude. We bought a system from them and when it was first installed some of the cameras were not working. Tech came out and reset and we discussed connecting to the Internet. Been in contact with the owner about signs that had not been delivered and we needed additional help understanding the system. Today he arrived with an attitude and very confrontational. Terrible customer service. Stay away
