We've stayed multiple times and always have excellent communication with the hosts. Great location close to beach and very clean. Looking forward to staying again next summer.
We booked this vacation rental on VRBO in September. When I wanted to message the host a month later, I was unable to do so because they no longer had their house listed with VRBO. We were never notified of this change by the hosts; however, I was able to investigate and determine that their home had moved over to Airbnb. I called the hosts, spoke with them, and got reassurance that my reservation was still confirmed even though they moved to Airbnb. Total Fraud! Kate and Dave took our money and canceled on the day it was supposed to start, and referred us to VRBO's Stranded Customer line. We had to rebook at the last minute and they didn't even care. Reported to Santa Cruz Sherrif's office and better business bureau. DON"T BOOK
