Christian was very nice and respectful. He did a great job in taking care of those pesty spiders, thanks a lot for that. I really would like to request that Christian is my future man to come into my house. I really don't want strangers to roam from room to room. I want to build trust with him and not with a bunch of others. Thanks and have a great day.
Worst pest control service out there. I could write a long review about how incompetent the customer service has been, but I’ll spare you the drama. Their treatments do not work, even on the most common of household pests like spiders and earwigs. Technicians show up without the proper equipment, say they are out of traps, etc. Stay far away!
When I first answered the door for Christian, I was skeptical but he was so cool and took time to answer the questions that I had removing pests. Ge’Von, the pest control specialist, came the same day and updated me throughout the process. Both gentlemen were great and have provided a great service.
The Aptive technician(Kevin) was very good he understood my needs, answered my questions, and was very professional
