One of their employees came to my elderly Mom's home in Brandon to spray. She left him for 1 minute & he stole one of her jewelry boxs that contain her real gold necklaces! The company will do nothing. Said had to investigate & would be 24 to 48 hrs. We will call the police of course & send them to these thieves!
Horrible service. Scammers. They do not perform the service as promised. I've caught them on video not even getting out of their truck and bill me for service. They lock you into a long agreement and you can't cancel even if they don't perform the service.
Terrible company. Soliciting in my neighborhood, ignored signs not to ring or knock as my spouse is an emergency room nurse that works overnight. I told them politely that I was not interested to which they badgered me at my door about their services. Many of my neighbors were sworn at. Came on segways without identification as to the company they worked for. Very sketchy company!
very deceptive sales tactics!! very cheerful young man comes to your door. you tell him how much you can afford. He puts it in to his 5x7 ipad and asks you to sign. God forbid, you want to cancel the service. $199.00 cancellation fee NO EXCEPTIONS! Best advice is dont answer your door when you see the Aptive pest control truck outside.
This company lacks customer service . I had a terrible experience with this company . The techs did a terrible job spray my house , could not resolve a small any issue. I called several time to cancel due to the fact I wa snot get effective service . They would come to my house and spray on half and not do the backyard .i would see them on my ring doing a half ass job . Called the company they neglected to tell me I have to pay $199 to cancel .
